All guests that will be whitewater rafting with us at Sun Country Tours must provide a signed liability release waiver. Guests that are age 18 and older are required to sign for themselves; guests under 18 must have a parent or guardian signature in addition to signing the waiver themselves.

We now have an electronic waiver to help streamline check-in procedures and save paper! Look for a link to the online waivers for everyone in your party in your confirmation email.

If you are unable to complete your waivers online ahead of time, we also provide the option to sign a digital waiver upon your arrival at Sun Country Tours. If kids under the age of 18 will not be accompanied by a parent or guardian on the trip, they must have signed a waiver prior to check-in or they will not be able to raft.
