The main pick-up & drop-off location for all rafting trips will be out of our Sun Country Tours' Bend Headquarters & Offices at 531 SW 13th St, Bend, Oregon 97702.

Sun Country Tours' Raft Barn is the new pick-up & drop-off location for all river tubes and SUP rentals. Parking is available directly across the street (on the east side of Columbia) at either the Bend Park-n-Ride or Cascade East Transit (CET) Shuttle Lot. Please note this location is different from Sun Country Tours' Bend Headquarters & Offices off SW Century Drive.

Pick-up for Big Eddy Thriller trips with a Sunriver departure are based out of the Sun Country Tours Sunriver store and offices, located in the Sunriver Village Mall.

Once you have pulled into the Sunriver Village complex, the SCT offices and parking can be found back behind the Sunriver Country Store.

OTHER PICK-UP LOCATIONS FOR RAFT TRIPS

Planning to stay outside of the Bend area during your visit? We can grab you on the way to the river! While transportation to-and-from our Bend office location and the river is included in the price of all our whitewater rafting trips, we also offer several alternative pick-up locations for our full day whitewater adventures. Our drivers can pick up guests from one of several convenient locations in Redmond, Madras, and Sisters (even from Black Butte Ranch!) so you don't need to make the trip to Bend first.

REDMOND & MAUPIN

The river put-in for Lower Deschutes All Day Adventure trip is located in the small town of Maupin, Oregon located on the boundary of the Warm Springs Indian Reservation. Trips run daily out of our Bend office from May 16 through September 26, 2026, offering pick-ups in Redmond.

8:00 a.m. — Shuttle with guests, guides, and gear departs for Maupin from Sun Country Tours Headquarters & Offices in Bend.

The river put-in for the McKenzie Magic trip is located along the Upper McKenzie River in the heart of the Oregon Cascades in between Sisters and the famed McKenzie River Bridge.Trips run daily out of our Bend Raft Barn from June 15 through August 31, 2026, offering pick-ups in Sisters and Black Butte Ranch.

9:00 a.m. — Shuttle with guests, guides, and gear departs for the Upper McKenzie River area from Sun Country Tours Headquarters & Offices in Bend.
