Bend Headquarters
This outpost is located on the westside of Bend in close proximity to the Deschutes River put-in for river tube floating.
Our Bend offices offer reservation services for both Sun Country Tours & Mt. Bachelor activities, restrooms, and a small retail store where you can purchase fun outdoor gear or grab those last-minute essentials before your trip! Please note that at busy times, parking can be limited within our lot — additional parking can be found along 13th Street. Please be sure to leave the main entrance and exit lanes clear so our shuttles and boat trailers can get through.
Northwest Forest Service Passes are now for sale at the Sun Country Tours office in Bend.

Sunriver Office & Store
Our Sunriver store and offices are located at the Sun Country Tours building in the Sunriver Village Mall. This outpost offers pick-ups for the Big Eddy Thriller (for booked Sunriver-specific departures only) rafting trip only; pick-ups for other rafting trips may be arranged upon request.
You can also book reservations for other summer activities (such as Zip Tours at Mt. Bachelor or river tubes to be picked up at our Bend Raft Barn & Tube Shack location) with our Sunriver Reservations Team and find restrooms at retail shopping at this location.
